I've heard that Revolut has subpar support, but yes, at this stage it would seem that you're at the end of the road; chargeback or otherwise taking a small loss and selling the product would be your best bet. Unless someone else has a bright idea.

AFAIK, Amazon are stringent with checking returned products, so that outcome isn't suprising. DNA is usually best.

If I had known this would happen, I would not have returned the item to them, it has been with them for 8 days now and I have not received a refund
