Amazon is getting smarter.

It was a 2 year account that was a real account at the beginning. I was doing the refund method with anon amazon locker (it used to be more common) and it actually worked for a few years. I suspect my account was flagged because I got greedy and picked the higher ticket items, which should be avoided unless you know what your doing.
