Hello,
i'm writing here because I ordered two 2 Iphones 13. I tried to refund it using Wrong Item Received method. I took these iphones from the box and inserted a golden bag (looking like a coffee) into it. I've recorded a video of unpacking this and sent it to them. They don't care about the video, they requested a PR. What can I do to get the refund? Is it even possible? I have aged account with one order (account created in 2017)

U must do the PR.
Since u offering ur service on telegram for 10% for Se's, u should know, but I am answering to your question the same.
Go fill a PR or simply say that u did go to the police department and they couldn't make the report because is not framed in theft or any other category because it could be related to shipping/company issues.
