They'll ask why the item isn't in there. You just tell them you sent it and you don't know why it isn't in there. It'll come down to somebody stole the package in-transit and written as a write-off.

There are lots of factors in play that will affect the success rate of EB/ FTID (for example, the fact that you will be doing a DNA on the package immediately before it), so nobody can really answer your question. Overall, it's pretty effective, especially for items that do not register a weight on consignment. Your game is barely over 100g, so it may register a weight, however that can be supplemented with packaging materials.
