It was the last step to get the refund, when i send it to the team which review that kind of stuff, 2 hours later i got the refund. i forget to say i did with fresh account.

I was more so referring to the time It takes for the company's administration to generate, assess and approve the document (that In Itself, can take a week or two), to when It's sent, received and the refund Issued.

That aside, well done with the refund, particularly on a fresh account.
