Amazon.de always dined refunds, i had same message/problem last year in amazon.com, i fixed it pushing reps by phone.

I don't know on other domains how it is. Some say that only .de is with problems, while others work fine.
i receive same message from .com but it was fixable. de is so hard, i had to hire insider to fix refund but they rebill anyway.
