Amazon damaged scan - what happens after return window closes? #1
First time refunder here, used a service where a scan was applied stating items were damaged and returned (macbook pro + ipad pro). Support confirmed the items were damaged and were returning to the fufilment centre after which I would receive a refund. A day later I got the money back in my account.

However, although it says refunded, it still says return items once they have been delivered. Won't this cause an issue once the return window closes? I still have the option to print a return label too. My friend used a similar service and UPS came to collect the package from his house (with no notice) and I was wondering how common this was.

I don't mind a rebill as it will mean a lesson learnt, but whats the likelihood of their serials being blocked?

If you're referring to the amazon triple killer scan, then yeah it's normal that it shows the return once delivered message. If you're worried about a rebil (unlikely) just claim your bank card as lost or stolen and get a new one.
