Hi friends i need help my SE stuck due to refunder did not reply

well my se stuck over Police report they ask for police report and its already passed more than 25 days few days was left for return so i ask some refunder who take help of ups insider and did RTS over my UPS tracking and start return my product...

now my tracking show return to sender and delivered to us

when i contact customer care he told your product already delivered we cant do any thing

now my refunder not responding

so please suggest what i do next how i make this SE successful...

actually my friend did this se and he direct told he did not got product that's why they say submit PR after that we do any thing over this.

but as product deliver via UPS and i thought something possible via UPS insider so i ask refunder to do something he did RTS over this and contact cc but still they refuse to refund as order get delivered but my tracking show return to sender he also process return in my panel
