Ended up receiving an email regarding my one and only amazon account, to sum it all up the email explained that an associated account under my credentials was banned in the past due to term violations. So because of that "previous" account, my current one is being banned as I am not supposed to have any other accounts under my credentials.

Here is the issue, this is my only fucking account. I never had another one that existed, I ended up checking my amazon firestick account and that was fully functional also no emails on that account regarding any account ban, also checked any other family member accounts and those were also in perfect standing. no refunds.
Whats even worse is that Ive made 5 legit purchases on this account, only 2 SE's (one EB one SB). I'm fucking shocked cause i never even received a warning, my account was in great standing.

ended up replying to the email to appeal, and they denied my appeal so I don't know what to do. any advice would help.

Replied to them once more and they gave me a similar generic email, is there not phone number for amazons OFM team? is it possible to reach them through a phone call?

Call Amazon (regardless of whether or not It's an OFM line), and explain your situation.

Don't get off the phone until your Issue Is addressed.
