Hi fellow LIT/FTIDers.
Has anyone noticed amazon has stopped providing UPS drop off labels for returns, and instead only offers a locker drop off, UPS pickup or I'll ship and pay methods.
And any way to bypass this?

Yep I can’t use a print out ups label it says use your own company to ship it

I just noticed this change today. Not a biggie for me as far at LIT or FTID goes because I'm not doing them, but for legit returns it's a bummer, a UPS place is really convenient for me.

Does age of the account matter? My account is brand new. Wondering if they are letting older accounts do drop offs...

Im pretty sure it depends on the item and how much the item is worth.

Amazon has obviously caught on to the said methods.
