long story short i tried too do the missing meb method on air pods pro 2 as i saw people saying its the best method on her when they as for a otp. i got the package delivered an i contacted customer support and told them, they asked me about the state of the package and i told them its was all fine just missing air pods and case. they done some back and forth and told me to get a police report (UK) bear in my mind that my account is legit 2 years old with a bunch of orders, i went to my local police station and they said they don't file police reports for these kinds of incidents and that amazon needs to handle this apparently the woman told me i was the fourth person that day to come, i figured out i could report a crime online and i did, but just in case the police refuse to file a report what should i be saying to amazon? thanks
