Amazon Wrong Item, Incident Report? 10-07-2023, 10:28 AM

Hey Guys,
I just wanted to post this so maybe the more experienced SE'ers have some knowledge to what going on as I have absolutely no clue. Well for the past year I've been hitting Amazon UK and Amazon US to build quite a good looking PC. So far the amounts have been less than $1800 & 1500 pounds for UK.
I've got a couple of accounts running, and I do the Wrong Item as what mothered taught which turned out to work pretty alright. I normally make an account, age it and then hit then leave once I get the refund and repeat.
So far all has been going well, 2 weeks after contact rep and refund will get processed from there, however the past 2 months it has taken more than 1 month to get refunds and as well they ask for an "Incident report"
So far no police reports, however Im curious to know if anyone knows if "Incident reports" are risky or are they some sort of lame amazon thing that they need to have before they can process the refund. As for the past 3 years I have not seen such a thing and Im pretty sure my accounts aren't linked or anything
