I'm SEing I said it was missing I was told they would do an investigation and would take 1-3 days. Did I get screwed or will I be good? The interface for product support has changed since I last did it I must say.

As long as you stick to your story, it should be okay. Investigations are normal

They said they would send an email and I would have to do further steps, the chat support went straight to refund so it makes sense after being done so many times they would start asking for a investigation to scare people. Does anyone know what these "further steps" are? If it's not a bluff

Each claim Is based on the nature of the SE, so there are no hard and fast rules with the procedure of an Investigation.

What's the maximum anyones ever done? I'm trying to get a GPU and have a clean account no issues, user since 2010.

No problem at all with the delay.

It's good to read that the SE resulted In a successful outcome. As I keep mentioning, an Investigation Is part of company protocol to move forward with the claim. That Is, they need to follow certain guidelines to process It. The majority do In fact succeed.
