They told me to refer to their first email. Their first email states that they have previously closed my other account, so I can't open new ones, because they will ban them

Why was the account closed?
Because "we linked it to your previous accounts which were closed for breaching TOS"

Yes I understand that, but they haven't explained "what was breached In their TOS".
