They said that they need to take 3-5 business days to investigate my order. They said that I might need to file a police report. What should I do?

Allow them to investigate the order. The results of the investigation will decide your future actions so its best to wait. Its standard procedure so I would not sweat it.

I contacted them again and said that I really cannot wait for an investigation, this item is a gift for my son, I simply cannot wait for the investigation as I need the item as soon as possible. Refunded my item. Have pictures if you would like to see.

This doesn't happen often at all. They usually proceed with the Investigation to get the claim moving.

Taking control and assuming an authoritative figure, made all the difference In the successful outcome.
