I'm doing an SE on amazon for a series 7 apple watch and my plan was to EB it, but I was away and the delivery guy left it at the door, so I DNAd it. All is going good, they have told me that if it doesn't arrive by Tuesday I can get a replacement or refund.

I have another amazon account which was prime for multiple years but hasn't been used in over a year and am wondering would it be safe to do another SE like this from it, or would the same address get flagged?

Given the account Is In the same region with the same credentials as your other account, both claims may come up on their systems - particularly If an Investigation takes place.

The account has over 500 orders over a period of 5 years, none since July 2021 and has a different name / old address on it. Reason for switch was on my current account I won a year of prime in a giveaway and I wasn't able to redeem it on that account as it had prime, so I made a new account. I still use audible on that account.

I was thinking of adding my new address on it but using the same name that's already on it. Could probably add different payment details to use as well. Would that still come up should an investigation arise?

Amazon Is exceptionally good at linking accounts, therefore a matching address will most likely be detected.
