after sending them a corrupted file for the unmpteenth time , I got a response from their saying that exceptionally they are willing to accept a screenshot from my device "showing in its totality the police report".

Do you think i should stick to sending them a corrupted file, or for example I could do something like this pic i took?

It's not even remotely readable, I do not think they will accept it.

I also think that it may be sospecious, and I am more inclined to continue send them corrupted files, but they are very firm saying that they require a file that they could open from their end, so was wondering if I could try something else

They will have to confirm in some ways that it's a legit police report and most important it's referred to your case. If it's not readable I don't know how this can work.
