yes , i went on for a week or so sending them a corrupted file for 1 -2 times a day everytime they answered me saying that they couldn't open the file.

Anyways from my Amazon order section I saw a tab that stated return item, i clicked it and it allowed me to create a label to return the item choosing the reason of the return(wrong item as I always said to the amazon support). I went to the post office and returned the "wrong item" with the label created some days ago.

I don't know if this is a bug from amazon website or what, because amazon suppport always denied to me a refund without the police report
