Friend wants to SE a Cooler with fan (see amazon link)

I've never personally SE'ed an item like this wondering what kind of method he should use and why so I can put that in consideration next time an item like this crosses my path!

With an Item weight of 13 Kg, It's obviously way too heavy for the missing Item method.

It's too big to box and In terms of the wrong Item received, It will be difficult locating a suitable Item of that size & weight. The DNA Is the best option.
