Amazon SE Item on its way back 02-28-2019, 04:16 AM
#1
Currently I am waiting for my item to be received by Amazon in a wrong item return SE, but it has been over a week since the item was collected by Hermes. As the days pass by I am beginning to wonder if they will accept the wrong item, as although they stock it, I purchased it from a different store and as such it may not have the proper Amazon identifying labels on it. Should I be worried about this? Also how long does this typically take? For reference the item took 3-5 days to arrive.
Any help/feedback would be greatly appreciated.

My last item that I SE'd took only a couple (2 I believe) days to hit the warehouse, but it took almost 10 days to actually receive my refund. I believe Amazon's policy is up to two weeks after the warehouse receives your item to issue the refund so I wouldn't worry too hard. If you are, you could always contact the Live Chat or the Support number and ask what the status of your refund is / how long to expect until the refund is processed (make up some excuse if you'd like to not sound sus).

If a company such as amazon tell you they will refund, they will. Sit back and relax.
After you send it, it becomes the responsibility of the courier, until it reaches the premises of the company after its unloaded.
