I certainly agree that the odds are an OTP will not be required for that value.
That being said, a while back, I actually experienced a couple of DNAs valued at 50$-60$ with each requiring an OTP.

They've been coming up with all sorts of Implementations and requests, thereby It's difficult to know precisely what to expect.
