Had some questions about Amazon returns and thought maybe someone here might know.

If something is returned to Amazon and the item is not sold or shipped by Amazon but an independent seller, does Amazon issue the refund or is it the third party seller? If it is Amazon do they then charge the third party seller for the refund or does Amazon just eat the cost?

The seller Is responsible for the refund- within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

If the seller neglects to Issue a refund, Amazon will generate It and then charge the seller's account.
