Basically i bought an item for 150$ on amazon i tried refunding it saying i didnt recieve the item and they told me to wait 3 days if you dont recieve it they will give me further steps for the investigation

Any help will i get the refund?

Further to my previous post, an Investigation Is part of company protocol based on the account holder's circumstances at the time.

I've personally experienced and have come across a lot of successful outcomes after an Investigation was finalized. Please reply when you receive a response.
