Amazon Refund Problems #1
Hey, i have the last time some problem's with refunding on amazon (europe).
Last month's i was successfully with new accounts, similar names, same devices. always changed my ip and created new accounts, with different names, address and drops.

I used about 200-300$ to get refunded, each time, for every account. it worked about 8-10 times in row, without problems. never a refund were declined.
some weeks ago, i tried to get a new iphone (899$) with the same method i use before, but it failed. amazon asked for an police report (the first time).
i guessed "okay, the amount is to high" let's go back to the working one, with lower amount.

in the same time-period, about 7 accounts (already used) got an email that this accounts were closed.
After i tried my first 200-300$ orders again, it also not worked. amazon asked also for an police report and didnt afford a refund or replace.
at this time i through it was just bad luck and i have keep trying. but the last 6 or 7 tries were all 100% failed, everytime amazon asked for police-report and dont refund anymore.

So my question is, where is the problem? every try worked before, without any problems. now, everything just failed. i cant localize why this change is here.
was there something changed by amazon, or they just "detect" me, somewhere? seeing the connections between accounts?
they are able to blacklist mac-address/devices/ip-areas or something?
i dont get it. 100% working vs. 100% failure, within less weeks.

would thankful about every help!

You aimed too high, trigger an investigation that linked together the accounts (when they didn't really care before) as well as new one
No, amazon can't see your MAC address (unless you're using the app on the phone, then maybe it's doable, but a website cannot access those information)
If you're using a VPN, maybe they blacklisted that range of IPS
If you're just resetting your router for a new IP, they could've blacklisted the area that geolocates the IP
Or, most likely, you always had a flag on all accounts and just went under the radar with low refunds until now, but you're red flagged now, and it's gonna be a pain to get a new account

So the problem is propably the internet connection?

Yea, i used mainly my router and re-connect, to get some different ip-address.
also used internet from smartphone sim via hotspot , both ways worked fine, both ways are now broken

Sometimes the account's get closed instantly, but sometimes the account is created and the money from my payment method gone and product will delivered.
Why they let me create and pay these accounts, if im red flagged? or is this just about fraud protection on refunds?

Didnt found a ways right now, to avoid this hole i'm in currently. guessed to reduce the money-amount again, but sounds like this wont help.

Just out of curiosity, what method did you use?

Order 200-300$, grab the package.
Contact amazon -> package was delivered to me, package seems ok, no damage, but the item is not inside.
That's all.

Chat or Phone call what medium?
Still using the SAME EXACT method?
Also what about the payment method & name on that card, check were they by any chance SAME in each & every failed SE of yours?

Quote:package seems ok, no damage
^ Don't mention the package condition when there's no reason to.

If the claim Is declined based on (for example) the weight recorded at the carrier's depot, you can then use the damaged package to your advantage.
Consider It a backup plan.

Good additional info. But they really check for weight? I dont get it exactly, how amazon check and protect.
On my iphone-try the package was really damaged. there was an 8-10 inch hole, where u can really grab the phone out off. But with this, amazon still refused to refund something.

Do you have any idea, why it failures so much for me rn.?
I didnt changed anything and i cant localize if they really blacklist/redflagged me, or they changed something by themselve.

On refund/item loss request, they want always a couple of question answered and delivered to their investigation email.
After this, they refund. I think it's possible, that someone checked this multiple emails and saw the matches between?
For now, whatever i try, they want a police report. instantly. i use mainly chat or email, in chat, some agent's answering within 20 seconds and spamming instant "police report"
i feel, the behavior changed a bit to me. from friendly to end it fast with police request. they see something, but i dont know whaaaaaaaaaat. haha

I also noticed on some retoure, they only afford UPS (pickup) and DHL (qr-code) not anymore print the Label (but only checked after FAIL and returned the item)
Maybe they have some section for "bad accounts" to put them in a corner? But i still dont understand, why i can create, buy and get the item, when im flagged?!

Yes.

Weights & dimensions are stored for record keeping and cost of freight, and cross-checked during Investigations.

What was the reason for the declined claim?

If any of the events above took place, you would've known at the time It happened.

I don't know the entire Incidents of your SE, so I cannot comment on It.

You can still make purchases on a flagged account.

It's when your start SEing that's of concern.

I mean creating accounts. why they allow me to create multiple accounts, when they flagged me as bad?

I mainly used different drops, similar names. always new payment-methods. Everything worked like described, but since this phone-failure 50% of registering accounts, getting closed within 72 hours and on active accounts amazon refuses every refund. All 3 devices i used & SIM/Net connections worked before, with 100% success rate. All 3 are not working anymore.

Is amazon that hard and lock devices? Even if you re-install windows? Can they detect the device somehow?
Is this possible?
