Amazon will have the consignment details on record, signature Included.

You can sign with whatever you like - even a name that's not legible.

- new device, new sim/internet ip
- changed name, changed signature, changed address, changed delivery address
- different email provider, different passwords, different item, different search history
- different browser, different town, different item price.
only credit card still at same provider, but like before, i deleted the old card, and get a new one, with another card-number. this also doesnt work, with completely new card on another provider registered on me. card number always different.

same result. police. i slowly believe, amazon changed refund handle intern.
was fucking 100$ and still failed. delivery was with another item inside 2 items in 1 package, and they want police..

I tried with sim-card internet. i ordered a completely new sim-card (mobile) and used hotspot/mobile data, it was a new contract, but used the same provider as before.

You aimed too high, trigger an investigation that linked together the accounts (when they didn't really care before) as well as new one
No, amazon can't see your MAC address (unless you're using the app on the phone, then maybe it's doable, but a website cannot access those information)
If you're using a VPN, maybe they blacklisted that range of IPS
If you're just resetting your router for a new IP, they could've blacklisted the area that geolocates the IP
Or, most likely, you always had a flag on all accounts and just went under the radar with low refunds until now, but you're red flagged now, and it's gonna be a pain to get a new account

With 4G and if you reset your cellular data, there is no way I think that Amazon link your IP address. 4G’s IP are not unique and the IP displays is the carrier grade NAT’s IP.
