Amazon Refund Case Study #1
Hello there,

I'm pretty interested in refunding that particular object : https://www.amazon.it/Samsung-Galaxy-tab...699&sr=8-2

For what i understand i have those possibilities :

- DNA (simple but always working if the package is not tampered)
- EB (Cannot be used because the item weight 575 grams
- Boxing (i'm not really confident with this even if i understand that it can theorically work)
- Wrong item Sealed Box (This one might work but i don't understand the difference with the Wrong Item)

What would you choose ?

There is also the "sealed box method", "faulty disposed item" and "partial method".
The one you should use depends on your abilities and the method you're currently confident with.

The "faulty disposed item" is when you claim that the product doesn't work, you do typically contacting the company and then ask for a refund/replacement and if needed using the boxing method with them.
The "partial method" is when you order a multiple amount of items and you claim that only some (or one) of them arrived, then send the other items back if you don't want to pay them within the minimum days allowed by law and company's T&S.
