As far as you're concerned, you didn't personally receive It and still waiting for the package to arrive. If a signature Is required, obviously fake It, but be sure It's somewhat legible. As such, the name will not be associated to yours, hence someone else (apparently) signed for It.

The only problem is that i don't live alone, we are a condominium so there'are more appartments, so i should set the next orders that they can put the package in the stairs. And another question, after the package arrived, i should wait the notifaction that the package has been complated delivered? Then i will contact them?

No at all. It's good practice to be prepared for the events that're likely to take place.

Unless the rep Is brain-dead and approves the claim on the spot, there's a high chance an Investigation will be opened.

If an Investigation Is opened, they'll contact the carrier who serviced your delivery and cross-check the consignment - namely tracking/GPS records.

It's pretty much useless, for the fact that It only confirms delivery to an "address" and not to a "person", hence you didn't personally receive your package.

If you're still planning to use the DNA, only order the IPhone and claim that the package didn't arrive.

Hi, i'm doing some new orders to see if they still left the package on the stairs, they do. But there's a new thing they do a photo when they left a package, you think i can still do it?
In the image where's the underlined part, it says that they take photos to help me find the package, but can I also make sure not to take photos anymore, do I do it or is it too easy to detect?
