It should be the other way around- make a few legit purchases, and then refund by way of SEing.

There are no hard and fast rules but to help avoid raising suspicion, It's good practice to mix legit purchases with your SEs.

Other things to consider, Is to not use the same method many times In succession, allow a sufficient gap from one SE to the next and alternate between high & low value Items.

My experience from Canada : 1 refund per 10 orders (between 10/100$)

Any more and you'll get flagged and receive an e-mail for unusual return/refund requests

In certain localities, Fast Way has been acquired by a company named Aramex, of which I'm aware they take photos at the delivery point.

I can't speak for Fast Way Itself In other regions (I haven't personally experienced their service), but you can easily find out by contacting the rep as a concerned customer who wants to make sure the shipment will definitely reach Its destination, and then ask the type of verification required on delivery.

Obviously, the call will not be related to your SE, but rather a general enquiry.
