Are you referring to Amazon Warehouse Deals?

Mainly, yes, but often you do find a button under items saying “buy used” as well. Really either, given it’s been “owned” before.
Products sold on Amazon Warehouse Deals, go through a rigorous 20-point Inspection prior to dispatch and sale.

As such, It's literally Impossible to justify receiving a bag of rocks or any wrong Item for that matter.

If you order both Items from the same Amazon domain, It's fine - It will be deducted from their Inventory, regardless of where they decide to ship the goods.

The OTP Is the Issue when hitting Amazon.

In such a case, another method must be used.

That Is correct, but don't mention anything about the packaging - only say you've received a wrong Item to what was originally ordered.

Thank you so much for the info, I found something interesting, if I order it with amazon prime it almost always comes with dpd, but if I order it without amazon prime it almost never comes with DPD, for example, an order that will arrive tomorrow (Saturday) comes by "PAACK" I can also try to order the gpu for Saturday, maybe dpd doesn't deliver Saturday, I'm just guessing things, I can't confirm anything, but I noticed that without prime it never comes by DPD and doesn't ask for OTP

just one more thing, I intend to make a refund on 1 CPU, the best method would be empty box? since the cpu shouldn't even weigh 100 grams

sorry guys I know this is the wrong place but it’s late and I have no clue how to use this website. I was wondering if I can use the same debit c3rd for multiple refunds. I just successfully DNAd AirPods today on around 4 year old account with good history, I was wondering if I can use the same account if the future to repeat this (if so how long should I wait) and can I use the same debit c4rd on this and other accounts to repeat the method.

Purchase It as such and DNA It.

Is the CPU visible externally?

I will try to DNA, but I will buy like PSU to another address if in case they ask for OTP, I can always use the wrong item received method

Yes, I was thinking about to buy the Ryzen 9 7950x3d, probably the i9 13900k would be better option? Since it's not visible externally?

Correct, intel CPUs will come in under 50g actually.

the specific i9 you mentioned can indeed be SB'd but NOT through Ama as they check sealed returns. Find another retailer if you are going to SB. If you research correctly you could possibly SB the GPU too maybe that model you mentioned or maybe another.

Blade right hand, heat left
Large retailers, bereft
As master of seal
Undetected I steal

Excellent.

There's no way to conclude the CPU was In the box when picked, packed and dispatched, hence It's perfect to EB It.

Any company you like - even those with CCTV cameras In place.

Unless the box Is opened and checked at the time of packing (which I've yet to come across from a technological perspective), It's not possible to conclude the CPU was In the box at the time of dispatch. Nor when It's In transit and when delivered to Its destination.

The only exception Is Amazon Warehouse Deals. Goods go through a rigorous 20-point Inspection prior to sale.
