Amazon Question #1
Hey so I tried doing a DNA on Amazon and they investigated and confirmed the delivery; wanting me to submit a police report. I was wondering if I could buy an item from walmart and do the good ol' swapping method then return it, or would that not work because they investigated?

RE: Amazon Question #2
You "cannot" change your method and correspondence already In place with Amazon- doing so Is an admission of guilt.

A police report Is not admissible In court, but rather an administrative requirement to move forward with your claim. Comply with their request, and await the outcome. You'll find that the majority of Investigations work In favor of the SE'er.

can I say I found the box, but not specify that I opened it so that I can return it?

Just do the swap and return the item without any explanation at all. Tested, works every time.

Was the package left at the front door of your premises, or did you sign for It?

Left at door

On these grounds, you can say that you've located the package but personally, I'd stick with the DNA.

They have no evidence that "you" personally received It, hence a successful outcome Is more likely than not.
