Rest assured, they won't attend your home for a mediocre one-off claim.

EB method is not a crime, you can't make a theft report for something you did not poses in the first place. That would be up to the delivery company or Amazon to file a PR, not you. It remains a civil matter, and the crime now turns to them for holding funds without granting or delivering your item. The Police aren't going to entertain that.....it would require talking to you, the delivery company, Amazon, ,and the manufacturer, plus how it got to Amazon. It could be a simple manufacturing error and the Police don't have that type of time to invest in something that isn't your responsibility anyway. You order and pay, they ship and deliver it to YOU! Not your fault it came that way.

Don't make a paper trail if you don't have to.

Keep us posted - This is what they do, make it difficult, keep pressing and stick to your method. - G

Which country do you live in? I'm asking for PR. I don't want it to happen to me.
Everything I post here is fictional. Anything mentioned on my posts that corresponds to events happened in real life are coincidental

I'm at a complete loss as to why Amazon continue to fail to use common sense and realize It's not a theft-related Incident.

In all honesty, a 10-year old kid would see the logic behind It. It's blatantly obvious, yet their pea-brain reps cannot understand It.

Apple, yes - they can also see the activity on an Apple Watch.

Not Amazon.
