No otp was stated on order, but then randomly got an email saying it will require signature or otp. Can it be done still and how please?

The reason I asked In my previous post, was due to how they worded It:
"signature or OTP".

The operative word Is "or"- which means one or the other. If that was still the case, you'd obviously opt for a signature and claim the DNA. Given you're SEing AirPods Pro, hit the missing Item method.

There was no option for signature, it was "you need this otp for the delivery"

It was delivered and the driver asked for the otp.
We claimed missing airpods from apple box.
Full refund was just issued via email.
