I recieved OFM email on one account a while ago.

Am i able to refund on a new aged account to the same adress ?

If not, does it work to just change afew letters for example "Sinister Road" to "Sinister Rd." ?

Use a new account with a different email that has a different name, change a letter, do the same with your address as you mentioned and if you're able to spoof your mac and use a vpn, do it.

Amazon Is very good at Identifying multi-accounting, hence they'll link the accounts.

The similarity may be detected by their automated systems and Investigated further, so It's best to use a totally new address.
