Hi guys, I have made an order  fulfilled by Amazon.co.uk. toward an address in Italy. Since january I have notice that the tracking is changed. Month ago, the tracking was always a gsl, Sda or Dhl tracking, while now the tracking is always "delivery by amazon". Moreover, it seems that the lorry now can be followed by gps.
Do you think that it's still possible to SE refund an item with DNA method? (it's an aged account)

Yes DNA still works as all it proves is that the delivery vehicle was driving down your street it does not prove that you received that particular parcel and that the point of the DNA. rember the burned of proof lies with amazon not you, as you cant prove a negative.

The change of carrier is just because amazon employee there own delivery drivers instead of using a third party, I have found ever since they have done this my delivery's are late and they never seem to want a signature anymore, now this just may be specific for my area, I have also never seen the same delivery driver twice, its always someone new.

You certainly can.

Just remember that the delivery of a package, Is not the same as receiving It. There's a huge difference between both.

Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong on this but from what I've gathered it goes like this (for the US at least)

1 day: Some 3rd party logistics and refunding gets hard
2 day aka prime: Amazon logistics with amazon drivers
Normal shipping: fedex/ups or whoever they have negotiated deals within your area.

I think they do this in Toronto here in Canada too, but not my city though. It should still work the same as mentioned above.

They do this in my city in New York. Did not stop me from successfully SEing a mattress and a phone totaling $830. Keep calm and SE on.
