At the OP, It's pushing It but you should be fine, particularly If the carrier rounds up the weight to the nearest figure.

When using the same method on the same Item and company, some SEs are extremely simple, whilst others are a complex process with no justifiable reason.

It depends on the rep (mood), and whether he/she Is compliant In Issuing a refund/replacement there and then.
