Hi, is there anyone who've done amazon scan, what did u tell amz rep? My scan was done 6.04, I received package 11.04 and on amz site delivery date is scheduled today. Message shows that I shall receive refund in 5-7 business days from the time when they got items back (so it should count from 6.04) but I heard that u need to se amz rep first in order to get ref. Any ideas how to move on and get refunded?

Before doings these things you should have done an research, it mostly works on Amazon.com , you have to talk with the supervisor on the phone.

I didnt pay for scan but for a refund service, but since refunder doesnt answer my dms for now, Im wondering can I do it solo and pay only for scan and not for the whole refund service. Thats why I didnt invesitgate this method earlier. Can It be done via chat? What to tell them?

It looks like you refunder did a scan when the parcel was in transit I am right? If yes, you should have been contacted Amazon immediately after scan was done. Now, the status of your parcel could changed, especially when you will pickup it. What is the status of the parcel on courier website?

Yes, in transit. I didn"t know that, I thought he will take care of this. Its says delivered and signed. (Hermes UK)

If you bought only a scan, you should SE by yourself the rest of the job. If you bought a whole refund option, you should blame a refunder a get your money back because he failed.

Yea, I bought whole refund option. So there is no way to get refund now? Can I still try solo se via chat?

I would return it. If you say DNA, prepare for PR probably.
