That's very true. Honestly, he'd probably have better luck interfacing with Intel directly. If he convinces them that he's one of their POC's for a development/testing firm and they haven't received a batch of processors that were contracted to them, they might write it off and do it. The key there is using real social engineering and a lot of research to convince them that he is who he says he is.
