Would the empty box method work with two console games? It didn't come in the normal box just the one you tare to open but they are pretty light and could pass as empty?

EDIT: I tried it and was told about a affidavit and to take an image of the agreement and send it to them. And that it'll take 48 hours to investigate so I said it turned out it was a prank.

Did you say the game case had no disc inside or the shipping packaging had nothing inside?

An affidavit? Haven’t heard of that being necessary before, have you got other refunds on your account?

An affidavit Is a sworn statement that's admissible In court, so you've done the right thing by not going through with It.

I'm surprised they went to that extent over a measly couple of games.

No worries, I tried a different rep and got a refund easily.
And nah I said when I opened the seal box nothing was in there, but the second time I lied saying it was for a birthday and I think changed some other details as well. And yeah I had 2 or 3 refunds on the account.

If you can help it , it would be alot easier to just SE Console games digitally. You can get $100 codes for xbox/psn and $70 for nintendo eshop. Just takes a few minutes to SE at best. You could also just SE the games themselves if its available digitally.

Selling psychical copies of games is less suspicious than digital ones, plus they can always lie and say the code didn't work. And with digital games I would have to use the code to make it useful and I have no interest in consoles, only selling the games.

Yup, I was thinking off double dipping and saying only one game or none where in the package in the order I've got coming. Maybe to much, what do you guys reckon?
