Yes my account is a couple years old with hundreds of orders and i’ve only done maybe 1-2 returns from it

UPDATE: It just got delivered i did not get an OTP nor had to sign. So DNA it is Smile

Just got a message back from Amazon they stated that I will have to get a PR. I've never done this, so is it safe to do it? or should i try another rep and hope for a different result.
