Hi there!

Been a while since I did any refund shenanigans, but I ordered a pair of Airbuds (NOT AirPods) from Amazon and figured I'd try. What is the preferred method for Airbuds? I'm thinking saying the box was empty, ie no case or airbuds. Thanks!
