Amazon EB Apple Watch Ultra 04-11-2023, 04:34 AM

I recently made an order on aged account, but I've done just a few DNA in the span of 2-3 years. It resulted in this automated email "We recently reviewed your account for order activity details. Your order history shows that you have received a high number of refunds for items that were missing from your orders..." and also this other email right after, "
Based on the outcome of our investigations, we believe the package was delivered to the correct address. In particular we have considered information from our records, as follows which show the item was delivered:
- Information collected at the point of delivery.
- The package weight and reported condition upon delivery.
You may wish to contact your local police authorities to pursue this matter further.
If the issue isn't resolved after contacting local law enforcement and the carrier, please contact us back during the business hours of the related police department with a Police Report number, a link to access your Police Report, or a PDF/Image file of the Police Report. There are multiple ways to file a Police Report. Check with your local authorities for ways to file a report..."
I think the rep misunderstood me, so I replied to the last email saying the package was delivered just fine, but the apple watch itself was missing.
My question is will they still try to require me to do a PR? What if the police don't even want to take the case since it's not relevant to them?
And lastly, a very important question: since it's an Apple Watch Ultra, it has cellular. Has anyone ever experienced or heard of someone getting it blacklisted trying to SE it? I don't plan on turning it on until I get confirmation I'm getting a refund.
Any response would be greatly appreciated, I'm relatively new to this.
For more context, I am located in the US.
