Hi, the 65" TV I ordered on Amazon has arrived, and I was undecided whether EB or DNA (10+ years account). the courier called me, I opened the door of the condominium stairs for him, he left the package behind the door and left, without us seeing each other and without signing. in the courier's email that arrived immediately afterwards it says "delivered with telephone authorization", so it is as if by having answered the telephone number registered on Amazon I confirmed that it was me. So, is DNA still viable? Or does Amazon not check this call event? I'm more for trying empty box….
