i understood that, but how can I claim that the packet did not arrive? I have a camera in front of the gate which can see me taking the package and they can also ask the courier if i have answered to the intercom and told him to leave the package in front of the house (where the camera can see me).
So im asking how can I avoid that because if the police will investigate (since I will have to do a pr) they will see the cameras.
Would it be better to do an EB? Talkin about an iphone/mackbook on amazon.
