Amazon DNA VCC Insight 04-05-2023, 06:54 AM

Hi! I would appreciate your opinion on how to proceed with my refund. Received two items in one box on an aged Amazon account. Amazon account is linked with fake name, VCC using fake name, and drop house at apartment building but with no apartment number listed for the account deliveries.
Item was delivered by Amazon Services "to mailroom" where there is no mailroom in the building and a picture was not taken of the delivery. The next day I chatted to proclaim DNA and the chat bot said to wait until the following day. It said "OK, looks like the delivery status may have been updated too soon...the good news is that it should arrive soon". The following day the chatbot said to wait until the end of the day. At the end of the day I had to speak with the chat rep and things went downhill. Had to wait for the email team to send me a message requesting a police report. I cannot send an actual police report since I'm using an alias.
Since then, I've went through countless emails and chats in order to get the reps to make mistakes in order to better increase my chance at a chargeback with my VCC due to their negligence and I have made some progress and "ammo" that can help due to their inconsistencies. My concern is, in opening a dispute with my VCC (which is linked to my actual CC under my actual name and address), will Amazon see this information when I dispute the case? And will my CC company see that I used an alias with a different address and take any sort of action?
Thank you for your insight. I just want to make sure that by disputing this charge I'm not revealing my true identity in the process.
