I order a bundle camera that came with the camera (400$) then a microsd a holder , a case , and a stick. All this was in the same box. I told amazon everything was there except the camera itself. Between two reps one said file a PR the other said send it back. I sent it back no Pr . Amazon said I have sent them the wrong item, they've analyzed my accounts and will not be able to refund me without having receiving the original item back . They claim that upon leaving the shipment facility they made sure it existed .Now do i push my DNA agenda once again, or just send back the camera ?

In my opinion stay true to the story. File a PR if necessary.

Worst case you get no refund but you keep the camera anyway.
