Hi,

I attempted a dna claim with an item that was $1300. They didn't require OTP and said signature would be required.

It was dropped off without any picture of where it was and was signed for by our maintenance manager I believe but can't confirm.

It was signed off with my name however. And in the past they have refunded me for DNA. Account is super aged since 2011 mostly legit purchases 2 DNAs in the past 2 years.


They emailed saying I would need to provide a PR. Instead I replied saying that I didn't sign for it and requesting evidence of delivery.

Would appreciate any help on this.

Unfortunately if there were any cameras in sight of the signage of the maintenance manager, the DNA is likely to fail.
