Thank you very much! I wanted to ask if Berlin police report will be accepted by Amazon if the package is not delivered in Berlin? wouldn't it create issues if the package is not in Berlin?

Select unknown state as the location where the crime occurred.
you can also select the state you're actually in and check whether they accept online PR, but most of them don't.
Do you think this will work if I live in another state? Because if I select mine they literally demand all data and ID just to report a theft, load of BS data hoarding.
Berlin one doesn't.

just select unknown?

Again: This is not the proper way to file a PR, you should file it in the state you're in. BUT were just trying to convince Amz here? Do you think they got the legal knowledge? Do you think they'd care even if they would've?

You do have a point.

Thank you!

I have made an order with the prime sale for this and during checkout it said signature/pin might be asked. I will wait and see how it goes.

If no pin/signature is asked then I will claim DNA and see how it goes otherwise probably send it back.

What do you think @mothered?

There is an update, The airpods were the only one with the pin and the rest was delivered without the pin.

There is small setback, the guy delivered the package when I was home and he handed it to me. Can I still do a DNA? There was no other proof.

Also, there has been lots of packages coming to my house recently as a friend is celebrating the birthday and she has ordered shit ton of stuff everyday since past two weeks. Can I use it as an excuse to claim DNA of one of the items?

Just do it, if you don't succeed you will return the items.
I don't believe in what I say. Everything is just fictional and made for a good laugh.

I don't answer PM.

Well, I just had a chat with them and they asked me to fill an incident report, I will do it ASAP and then see how it goes.

Well,

Got an email saying the refund has been approved. It took 20 minutes of chat and filling out an incident report which was just the basic information about the order and if this is the first time this has happened and they approved the refund.

Looks like I am all set.

Mission Successful!

Thank you everyone for your help.

You have to sell it somehow anonymously

Thank you for your reply. Could you please explain more?

It would appreciate it.

Thanks Smile

The IMEI from the iPhone will be blocked, so you wont be able to use the phone properly.
I would definitely sell the iPhone on the grey market anonymously. Dont use your real name, fake the invoice and you are good to go.

As well I believe that Amazon DE will ask for a PR, they acting a bit different when it comes to Apple products.
AirPods is a different story
I have done an eb for 2 iPhones on Amazon before, seperate occasions about 2 years apart and never had any issues like this

Hello, did a DNAsimilar than yours 10 days ago.
Has your phone be blacklisted by amazon with the IMEI?
Did a dna last year with a Samsung and everything was OK, no blacklisted. But I'am reading about Amazon blocking phones by IMEI nowadays... so tell me, please, if your iPhone is still working and how many days you waited to use the phone. Thank you Biggrin
