I have always wondered why this happens, Sometimes when im refunding amazon will start an investigation which is fine or they will give an instant refund why do they do this? I even got instant refunded on items over 100$??

Sometimes when im refunding amazon will start an investigation which is fine or they will give an instant refund why do they do this?

At times, the complexity of the Investigation and the cost of administration and manpower Is not worth pursuing for Items under a certain value, hence a refund Is processed.
