To be fair I’ve never done anything over £200 I don’t think and that was Argos that’s why I’m dying to do a apple MacBook

how long did the process with argos take and what was the item?(assuming it was empty box)
I would recommend doing Amazon for a MacBook, also as a sidetone, don't get the pro 13inch 2022, go for the air 2022, its actually better spec wise

Just messaged then told them it didn’t arrive think it was a carpet cleaner, and yeah I think I might, I’ve had it before where the driver delivers something ( usually the order to get same day by 10pm) he handed me the parcel I closed the door and didn’t open it back up and it was refunded instantly haha

If I did it the same way as you did, do you think it would take a month to get refunded again?

I believe it can be done a lot sooner, I just left it for a while then went back yesterday to complain and asked for the escalation - they immediately refunded, so believe had I done it sooner it would be possible
