Milanfraudz hey just done my Amazon with a PR, I could have done it using action fraud instead? they have just refunded my MacBook Pro of £1199 but it took like 4 weeks, after submitting the PR they said to wait until 50 days after the delivery date but today I asked for escalation then they processed it immediately

I'd say probably DNA since he had to file a PR.

I'd say you're right.
Two methods commonly trigger a PR with Amazon - for some stupid reason the EB, and of course the DNA. The OP wouldn't have claimed an empty box.

hey, sorry for the long reply - used empty box as there was a one time code that was required for me to give to the driver

How did the EB process go with a MacBook? Did the reps not cross reference the weight of the parcel and bring it up or did they easily just cave in?

it was by far the longest refund I've done - just under a month - I think as soon as a Police report is done they should refund you HOWEVER after it was done they said I now need to wait 50 days from delivery till they would refund me, I accepted at first but then 20 days in said F this, went on live chat spoke to rep, they couldn't do anything so I asked to be escalated, soon as I was escalated it was refunded, for next time ill ask for it to be escalated immediately

A refund predominantly only takes a few business days.
Hopefully they don't realize their stupidity of approving missing goods for an Item with the weight of a MacBook.

As soon as I asked for escalation they refunded me, back in my account already, in hindsight I should have escalated it before
